These Terms govern Bexul builds that do not offer in-app purchases. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bexul, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple End User License Agreement.
By using Bexul, you agree to these Terms, the associated Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Bexul is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. Use by minors is not permitted.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, Bexul grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported Apple devices you own or control.
You are responsible for all content and materials you submit through the app, including profile content, images, saved notes, challenge reflections, reports, feedback, and prompts submitted to AI features.
Bexul does not tolerate objectionable content, abusive behavior, or improper use of the service.
We may remove content, block content from view, limit features, suspend access, or terminate use if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk for users or the platform.
Bexul may provide reporting and blocking tools so users can report objectionable content and hide content they do not want to see. You agree not to misuse those tools.
AI-assisted outputs are generated automatically and may not always be correct, appropriate, or complete. They are provided for general informational use only and must not be treated as professional advice. You may not use AI features to request, generate, or distribute prohibited content.
This version of Bexul does not include in-app purchases, paid digital goods, or virtual currency sales through the app. If a different distribution of Bexul later includes in-app purchases, that distribution may be governed by separate purchase-related terms.
You may not interfere with the app, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape data, evade moderation, reverse engineer the app except where legally required, or use automation or abuse methods that could impair users, infrastructure, or compliance.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Bexul is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
